Brendan C. Dugan is an actor, screenwriter, composer, and singer-songwriter. Brendan is known for many years of work in the acting industry, working nearly exclusively in independent short films like Hudson Flynn's Personal Narrative (2021), Sadie Bones' Claire (2019), and a music video made by Natalie Martino. Most recently, Brendan co-starred in Badmilk, written and directed by his brother, Ryan Dugan alongside co-writer and co-director Aron Cando.
Outside of independent short film, Brendan has performed in many theatrical works, including Simon Stevens' Punk Rock, One Man, Two Guvnors, Rent, and The History of Tom Jones: A Foundling, all directed by either Jamie Cacciola Price and Kelly Brady.
Brendan also wrote sketch comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade before departing to pursue an education in screenwriting.
Since then, Brendan has been focused on screenwriting, as he is co-creator and co-writer on an in-development webseries called Higher Education. Brendan has also been focused on songwriting, working on an album called Manic Pixie Dream Boy, that strives to evoke pop-rock nostalgia of the early 2000's. Brendan is a co-founder of an award-winning new media group called Crossfade Collective.
