Jay Wolpert was born on 29 January 1942 in Bronx, New York City, New York, USA. He was a producer and writer, known for Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), The Count of Monte Cristo (2002) and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017). He was married to Roslyn Granowitter. He died on 3 January 2022 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
