Mads Koudal

Description:

Danish actor Mads Koudal was trained at The Arts Educational School of Acting, London, in 1998.

He has traveled far and wide and worked on movies and TV shows in Denmark, Indonesia, Canada, USA, England, Wales, Scotland, Iceland, Bermuda, Spain, Norway, and Sweden. He has lived in London, Andorra and Los Angeles. He has been acting in both Danish, Swedish and English language films and has already been involved in a lot of different genres, such as drama, comedy, action, horror, musical, and even a few westerns. He has also continued to do stage work, both as an actor and as a director.

He has played a wide assortment of roles, including Jonas in the Robert nominated Upstairs, the bounty hunter The Sherpa in the Canadian western Six Reasons Why, the Viking in The Reverend and Ratger in the Indonesian action movie Merantau.

He has also made his mark as a talented comedian in various sketch shows, including Det Slører Stadig, Zapper, Comedy Central Præsenterer and FunnyHaHa TV.

Besides working as an actor, he also works as a Hospital Clown, Screenwriter and Director.

Trivia Part of his research for the movie Trapped (2006) - which is taking place in an isolation cell - was to be locked inside of a real isolation cell prior to filming. A small Icelandic police station agreed to let him use a cell.
