Ru was born and raised in the Trondheim, Norway area, followed by an education in the USA and Europe, which have provided an eclectic backdrop of inspiration for his unique style of films and creative work. He has collaborated with major Film Production Studios, Ad Agencies and Creative Fashion brands across the world. He is a Director, Producer, Content Creator and Entrepreneur residing in Los Angeles, California and Oslo, Norway. Besides film, Ru also maintain a strong interest in the music, fashion and art scene overall. He has lived more than half his life in the US but maintains a strong connection to Europe and Norway. He is well known for his surreal and unusual style of film creation and dedication to Independent Filmaking.
