Chiharu Niiyama was born on 14 January 1981 in Aomori City, Aomori, Japan. She is an actress, known for Gojira Mosura Kingu Gidora Daikaijû sôkôgeki (2001), Tokusô Sentai Dekarenjâ Za Mûbî Furu Burasuto Akushon (2004) and Shiawase no shippo (2002). She has been married to Satoshi Kuroda since December 2004. They have one child.
