An agoraphobic man's perfectly isolated world begins to unravel with the arrival of his estranged father along with a growing obsession over his missing next door neighbor.

It's the Summer of 2014 and in between football games with her brothers, Farida studies on her rooftop. From her perch, she sees the first tracer fire. Her father, an optimistic veteran of the Iraqi Army quells concerns. They are safe. They've always been safe. Then everything changes. On August 3rd, 2014, ISIS arrives. In one day, they slaughter thousands of men and boys, and sell the girls and their mothers into slavery. Farida and her family cannot escape. Farida wakes in a school bus full of her classmates. The only light she can see is Evin- her best friend asleep beside her. From their first moments of captivity, Farida is desperate to escape while Evin fears Farida's reckless rebellion will get them killed. Inside a warehouse full of girls shackled like cattle, Farida stares down an interested buyer. He looks her over, then shoves his fingers into her mouth to inspects her teeth. She snaps. Literally. Her teeth clench down on his finger. Blood pours from her mouth, first his, then her own as guards pummel her to the ground. And so, Farida's resistance begins. On December 4th, four months after capture, Farida seizes the opportunity she long prepared for. Under the cover of a storm, Farida's jailbreak is harrowing. She leads her team through layers of threat: armed patrols, guard dogs, fortified perimeter, sea of landmines and finally, the vast, hostile Syrian desert. Outnumbered and outgunned at every turn, Farida emerges from the desert a warrior.

Rabo Karabekian, a retired abstract artist, guards a mystical secret in his barn while considering his life a failure until an assertive young widow arrives, changing his perspective.

Using actors' names since they differ in the dubbed versions: Carla Del Poggio is the wistful companion of opera star Madam Stefania Monti. Carla soon learns that Madam's accompanist, Gabriele Ferzetti, is fond of bedroom romps with Madam's wistful companion, and is also a thief who absconds with Madam's jewelry. Carla is accused of the theft but her attorney, Frank Latimore, who is also something of a mama's boy, wins her an acquittal. Latimore plans to marry Carla but his mother, Tina Lattanzi, steps in and tells Carla that marriage to her son will ruin his budding career, and she moves on. Carla, after giving birth to Latimore's baby, becomes a famous nightclub singer. Time passes and Ferzetti, the jewel thief, returns and attempts to rape Carla, but she shoots him dead. At her murder trial, Latimore defends her again, and also learns he is the father of her child, and she only left him because of his mother's interference. She is once again acquitted, and Carla and Latimore move on, sans his mother.

The End is a light hearted existential horror film about Joseph, a curious school teacher and Clara, his detective friend, who believes that his history of visions may help ensnare an elusive kidnapper. Half way into his mystery, Joseph has his most explosive vision, in a twist that turns on its ear our notions of conventional narrative cinema.

Thayama gets money from a landlord in order to save her husband and promises to give her child in return. Things turn for the worst when the rich man wants to marry off his daughter to Thayama's son.
