She'll need the help of her friends to get ready for her big day. Meanwhile, Orra, the most fabulous mermaid in the ocean, has chosen the girls for something BIG that could affect the entire fate of Mystic City. These new mermaids reveal that the key to the color change lies in opening up and getting in tune with your emotions. But sadly, knowing this information doesn't make it any easier to master, and the mysterious color thief is closing in.
