In a village plagued by water scarcity, an illegal racket of profiteers divert the government water tankers. With the help of a news reporter, the villagers decide to take on the racket and put an end to the injustice.

Prosperous architect David Hunter, lives with his wife Evelyn, who loves gambling and admiration, as well as his small daughter Dora, and his sister-in-law Ruth. When Evelyn tells her husband she owes $10,000 in bridge losses, she promises not to gamble or see her lover, Stephen Dabney, again if he will pay the debt. Stephen's friend, Moira Lamson, however, entices her to the country club for one last game. David and Ruth, worried by her prolonged absence, go to the club where they find her in Stephen's arms. Evelyn accuses her sister of spying on her and demands a divorce from her husband. Ruth, weary of her sister's frailties, moves out of the household and takes up nursing. Evelyn's health suffers from the strain, and now with David and Ruth gone, she is ill and alone. David and Ruth take pity on her and return. A smarter Evelyn is reunited with David.

The Story is all about a family in which the Grandfather (Sardar Bishan Singh ) has a die hard wish of going to Europe once in life but because of his life commitments and family life he never got any chance to visit abroad , now he has a single desire in life that his grandson marries with a Europe girl . Whole village taunts Bishan Singh with the term (Valatiye) which refers to a Foreigner because of which whole family faces embarrassment in whole village and sometimes they often have fight with other villagers because of taunting . One day an old friend of Bishan Singh comes to India from Europe and makes fun of Bishan singh and family by calling himself a NRI again and again . After watching all of this and getting influenced by the lifestyle of Their Grandfathers Europe Friend , both The Main Leads Of film who are apparently cousins and live in same joint family make a commitment to themselves that they will go to Europe for sure one day and bring back the glory of their family . To do this both of them go to Europe with a Famous singer as fake musicians of his team for a concert in Europe and they successfully reach Europe. After reaching the country they hide a lot of from local police for somedays . After some time they get job at a a shopping centre where they fall in love with two local girls (main leads ). Ultimately they decide to meet the mother of two girls to ask permission for marriage with her daughters but the mother of both girls is not very fond of these boys and makes them arrested to police in some fake drug peddling case . In police station , a Indian police officers helps both of them and with the help of a Pakistani advocate they start the process of searching real drug mafia with some local people (Pakistani origin ) of that city and at the end they come to know that the mom of the girls they love is actually the one who runs the whole drug cartel with a co gang member .Both the boys tell whole truth to girls about their mom and girls get impressed and marry the boys and make them a legal citizen of Europe post marriage . Girls handover their mother to the police for her crime . After all of this the boys call their grandfather Bishan Singh to Europe as it was his dream and commitment to visit Europe once and Bishan Singh is very proud and happy on his grandsons for fulfilling his wish . Everyone come to India after marriage and whole village is ashamed for their taunts made to Bishan singh and family and Bishan singh feels great at this moment and twirls his moustache and puts a name plate on his gate with ( VALATIYE) that means foreigner written on it and whole family lives happily afterwards.
