The first dead body I ever saw, was the one from Muammar al-Qaddafi. My first encounter with the Libyan Revolution was when I was working for German TV. Since there is never enough time to get close to the people in the evening news I decided to travel there alone. The people in Benghazi were already free for 4 months at the time and convinced me to go further to the besieged city of Misrata. Al of a sudden I found myself at the front line, protected by the revolutionaries, and, of course, by Allah.

The story portrays young war-volunteers embarked in combat-aircraft training in Egypt, Syria, Iraq, China and USSR to fight during the Algerian independence war against Colonial France (1954-1962).

1945, war behind. The eighteen-year-old sergeant Sergey Kruzhkoy after a severe wound comes back home. Having learned that in the city the gang of criminals is active, the hero decides to help law enforcement bodies - and alone begins investigation. After the first collision with bandits Sergey gets to hospital. To him there come front friends - and they together develop the action plan.
