Lao ba qu xiang qin
Shen Zhuoran is a retired literature professor, with a full family and three generations living together. After the passing of his wife, encouraged by an old friend, he embarks on a journey of blind dates. He encounters four potential partners along the way. A considerate nurse leaves due to housing issues, a female scientist quietly departs after her cancer recurrence, a union leader's dominance causes psychological strain, and a partner who closely resembles his late wife presents a difficult request. These different emotional experiences lead to Shen Zhuoran's personal growth, and his reflections on love and life also deeply impact his family members who accompany him on this journey.
