The story of Choe Si-hyeong, a leader of the Donghak Peasant Revolution during the late 19th-century Korea.

A woman, who is under pressure of marriage, hires a man to get married on paper and pretend to be a happy couple.

Since her father and mother separated, Tara lives with her mother. Tara is an independent teenage girl and well known for her poetry.

NINA is reunited with her grandfather, Fausto, after 15 years of not seeing each other. He is now obsessed thinking that there is a 'TAPADO', or hidden family treasure, somewhere in his property. This meeting will make them reevaluate their lives and find an explanation for their lonely lives.

Mary an innocent child left in the care of her uncle. Tragically, her uncle takes advantage and molests her. To cope Mary creates alters and hides behind them. Eventually, she finds the strength to confront her alters and reclaim her life.
