Kochikame - The Movie: Save the Kachidiki Bridge!

Follows Henry, a handyman who looks like a death metal band member, as he is called to fix a bathtub for a young couple. He gets involved in their drama/life, but in spite of his scary exterior, he helps them with his kind and keen nature.

Socially realistic folk comedy about a girl from the province who comes to Copenhagen on the four-train to meet a number of poor, but basically good-natured, people in a Copenhagen neighborhood ripe for renovation. Ulla Lock is the young girl that Peter Malberg has a good eye for. Karl Stegger, Lily Broberg, Ove Sprogøe and Preben Lerdorff Rye are also part of the colorful team of Stenbro citizens who fight hard to avoid their cozy neighborhood being sacrificed due to cynical urban planning. A comedy with an important hint of serious social problems.

Dr Rajalakshmi lives happily with her two daughters, Pinki and Pooja. However, when she detects fraudulent activities regarding the sales of medicines, she earns some enemies who want to destroy her.

This movie tells about three different kinds of love: teenage love, marriage love, and mature love, each one represented by three men: Óscar, Eduardo and Rubén, respectively. Óscar falls in love with his new neighbor, Elizabeth; Eduardo, Óscar's father, loves Myriam, but they divorce when he realizes his wife doesn't love him anymore; and Rubén, Eduardo's father, is in love with an old ex-job partner, Esperanza Arias. These three men find out that love is sometimes an obstacle, and these three women find out that perfect men only live in women's imagination.

This comedy portrays the everyday life of an ordinary salary-man who uses himself as a model to write a novella.
