Summary Laci is a talented and ambitious young worker in a factory. He is being recruited as a system-organizer by an open-minded mid-level manager. Laci's promotion disturbs the old co-workers. Meanwhile Laci meets Anna, the daughter of the factory's director. They get together and fall in love although their views are completely different: Laci is a poor worker, Anna is from a rich family and she is a university student.
