Whether they are real, whether they are true or not. Is the rose wiser, who refuses to acknowledge the gardener who waters her and shelters her and cuts her back? He lives in another dimension. So does the programmer compared to his creation: Be they chicken or boy or anything in between. Because they are, there must be a programmer. What is so easy to be seen in another, is often impossible to decide for the self. There is a programmer. Is there a God?

A warm-hearted short film, which follows Dr Reddy and Dr Bubbly two unique staff members at the Brisbane Royal Children's Hospital as they bring wellness to sick kids. As clown doctors they have the distinctive job of helping children forget for a moment that they are ill. But what is it really like to be a clown doctor?
