Home Sweet Home

Home Sweet Home

The story begins with Reden Caharian, a loving husband and father who came from a wealthy family but went against his parents' wishes when he married his wife Dulce. Despite their lack of riches, Reden and Dulce enjoy a simple and perfect life with their three kids Benjie, Jessie, and Ivan. In their community is an old, abandoned house; townspeople believe nobody has lived there for many years. One day, Benjie's friends challenge him to enter the house. Not knowing that his younger sister Jessie followed him, they play around and scare one another inside the abandoned residence; only when Benjie gets home does he realize that she had followed him. Reden sets off to search for her, and after a while the both safely return. But after the incident at the old house, things start to change at the Caharian home: Reden's behavior gets worse and he becomes selfish, uncaring, and rude to everybody; meanwhile, cheerful, sweet Jessie turns irritable and impolite. Benjie is shocked by their sudden bizarre changes and can't explain them until he speaks to the "town fool", Mang Sidyo, who tells him a story about a little girl who went inside the old house and came out with a completely different personality. According to him, whoever enters the house will be trapped inside forever, and a fake version of that person will come out; this fake version has the opposite personality of the real one. Benjie wouldn't believe Mang Sidyo's strange tale but Reden and Jessie's behaviors become worse and Benjie began to think that there's truth in Mang Sidyo's story. Meanwhile, Benjie's friend Lucy has sightings in the old house. Her father has similar personality changes upon entering and leaving the house. Lucy wants to find out the truth and locate his father. So, Benjie and Lucy embark on their adventure as they search for and try to save their real family members.

The Wedding Race

The Wedding Race

Five couples were each given colors to represent their team - Team Green, Team Orange, Team Black, Team Red and Team Orange. During the competitions, the couples were split between the males and the females, with each contestant competing only against their own sex, and their points accumulating as the total team score. The competitions the contestants participated in included skydiving, hang gliding, bungee jumping, swimming with sharks, ATV quad-bike racing, jet-skiing, race-car driving, white water rafting, rap jumping and a variety of other dangerous and exciting events. Most of the contestants had never tried any of the extreme sports, and though beginners, had to perform as professionals not only to win the contests, but for their own safety! During each episode, the show also includes a "Penalty Round" in which the partners of the losing contestants for that episode get punished! Therefore, if the male of the Red team lost on one day, the female on the Red team was the one that had to do the hardship! These difficult and embarrassing punishments were often performed in public, and truly tested the love and commitment of the couples! However, it also provided more motivation for each contestant to win, so that they didn't have to see their loved ones suffer, or feel their scorn! Providing more motivation to win, the winners of each episode's competitions were also given opportunities to secure more points in that episode's "Bonus Round". These rounds consisted of very difficult brain-teasers and trivia games to be completed successfully in a very short amount of time. No doubt, it gave each round's winner enormous pressure to not only accumulate more points, but to not waste that day's effort in achieving the winning score!
