Summary Three friends Karnan (G V Prakash Kumar) a thief, Kalai (Pasanga Paandi) an ex-convict and Rocky (Nandhan Ram) a drug peddler are childhood friends who live in the government housing board complex in Thuraipakkam, Chennai.
