MAD breaks into Towering Towers, the words largest skyscraper currently under construction, to hack into the Global Satelllite Communications Array and all of Earth's satellites. Gadget, Penny, Brain and a wild bull are on the case. / When several astronauts disappear on the Multi-National Space Station, Inspector Gadget is convinced that aliens are behind it, but Penny is not so sure. They take Professor Von Slickstein's new "This Isn't Your Father's Rocketship" Rocketship up there to investigate.

Talon plans to impersonate international pop star Nigel St. De La Peppertone IV Esquire III and turn his entire audience (including Penny) into a 'teen army' for Dr. Claw. He uses a mind control device shaped like a microphone. Gadget is to guard the pop star and tries to get him interested in his old Jazz & Opera group demo. / Professor Von Slickstein is feeling nervous having to present his latest top secret invention at the Paris Gizmo Garp Tech Show. Claw intents to install it on his reflecting dish and use it to light up the moon permanently.

Talon grabs his chance and starts taking down communication towers with help from his new MAD bird, But this triggers the MAD lair's self destruct mode.

Claw plans to build Clawtonia and turn it into the greatest city in the world, by using the long lost City Sinker from the sunken city of Atlantis to sink all the other great cities on Earth. / Talon has to steal Giganto, the world's largest coin, attach it to the Statue of Liberty's chain and she will hypnotize the entire city to do Dr. Claw's bidding. As luck has it, Gadget, Penny and Brain are already at the modern art exhibit, as the Inspector wants to interest Penny in numismatics (coin collector) like himself.

Using his new Anti-Matter Shrink Ray, Dr. Claw makes Talon tiny and orders him to infiltrate H.Q. and steal Inspector Gadget's schematics (as well as Professor Von Slickstein 's Soup Tuesday soup recipe) / MAD plans to shut down global technology with a giant technology nullifier on New Zealand's highest peak. Penny feels lost being unable to use her Codex, and Talon longs to use his precious MAD phone again.

Dr. Claw plans to trigger a volcanic interruption that will block out the suns rays and render Hawaii a wasteland. Talon has an alternative plan involving pineapple grenades. Gadget and Penny both audition, with him getting the lead and her becoming a chorus girl.

The MAD henchmen's uniforms haven't been changed since Dr. Claw first started his evil organization. So, Talon has to fill a volcano with 1000 mega liters of water and turn it into a steam cleaner. Afraid that this might trigger an ice age, HQ decides to team up Inspector Gadget & Penny with their Russian counterparts, Comrate Multi Use Tool and Pasha. / Gadget is driving the tour company bus to the annual HQ retreat. Talon plants a state of the art doomsday device on the bus that seals it's passengers and freezes the entire vehicle in MADtanium if the bus doesn't keep on going.

How Disney's Animated Hair Became So Realistic, from 'Tangled' to 'Encanto'

The complex helical curl shape seen on Mirabel in "Encanto" is something you haven't seen in an animated Disney movie until now. The blockbuster musical was Disney's first animated movie to feature every category of hair texture, from 1A to 4C. Getting there took a decade of building the animation, simulation, shading, and grooming tools to represent the full range of hair types, colors, and styles. We spoke with four members of the "Encanto" team to find out how they did it: Character Look Development Supervisor Michelle Lee Robinson, Consultant for Afro Colombian Representation Edna Liliana Valencia Murillo, Associate Technical Supervisor Nadim Sinno, and Character Look Artist Jose "Weecho" Velasquez. They help trace the evolution of Disney's 3D-animated hair over the past ten years, from Rapunzel's 70-foot long mane in "Tangled" and Elsa and Anna's braids in "Frozen" to the curly-wavy hair in "Moana" and diversity of textures in "Encanto."

Also included on the Blu-ray disc are 7 hours of talks from some of the demo scene's top talent at nVision 2008 in San Jose.
