Summary A fiction based on factual events, Indian Laundry is a film that showcases the parallel economy that birthed when two highest denomination Indian currencies were demonetized by the government on November 8, 2016. The film is about this guy who is down and out professionally as well as personally. When he's in dire straits with nowhere to turn, the country is told by the government that the currencies have been demonetized. He now creates an opportunity out of this situation that could fetch him a lot of wealth. And so he throws caution to the wind and goes about meticulously wheeling N dealing in a high-risk game. Will he succeed or succumb in this world where everyone seems to be laundering money? What is in store for this average, everyday Joe turned money launderer? Indian Laundry is filmed with a raw depiction style concentrating on the narrative and not straying from the plot of the picture. The movie is written and direct by SK, a first time filmmaker based out of Bangalore, India. The film has two music tracks, 'Money' and 'King Of The Concrete Jungle' that has been composed by Cristian Serghe, a talented musician based out of Bucharest, Romania.
