A seasoned expat shows a young, despondent newbie the highs and lows of love with a bar girl in sizzling Thailand.

Mac (Antoni Corone) is a lonely guy. He spends his nights surfing the Net, chatting with women in the hopes of either getting an idea for a new TV show or just getting laid. You see, Mac is a TV producer. Or at least he was, until his career recently took a tailspin into oblivion. He had a meeting with an old pal from the TV business recently, and he pitched him an idea for a new type of reality show about chat lines. The guy seemed interested. Mac has also had relative success meeting women on chat lines, too, ranging from the erotic to the neurotic to the psychotic. This one woman keeps IMming him, telling Mac she wants her husband killed. Mac thinks she's just joking. Unfortunately, this lady is dead serious.

Lily Gibbs gets involved with two crooks--Dr. Joe Parmenter and Jim Corling, her lover. They pass the girl off as the daughter-in-law of wealthy Mrs. Wade, whose son is dead. At a seance Mrs. Wade is made to believe that Lily is the girl her son married, and takes her into her home and lavishes riches upon her. Lily then falls in love with Arthur Brent, who treats her with a kindness she has never known. Experiencing this new emotion, she wishes to break with her criminal crowd and does so when she discovers that Dr. Joe killed Mrs. Wade's son. When both Dr. Joe and Corling meet their deaths, and after receiving Mrs. Wade's forgiveness for her deception, Lily marries Brent.

A young ballerina opens a school after a leg injury ends her stage career. A blues musician in the same building distracts and annoys her with his constant playing.

Bullying has steadily become more problematic in the lives of our youth and its deep-rooted effects negatively impacts our young people by causing them shame, to be fearful, sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, avoidance and withdrawal issues and unintended stress on both ill-treated youth and their family on so many levels, just to name a few.

Pierre Rameau, the son of a poor gate-keeper, becomes the foremost physician and surgeon in Paris. Conchita, his wife who he loves above everything else in the world, dies leaving an infant daughter, Pamela. Rameau is inconsolable and keeps the room that Conchita died in inviolate, visiting it only on the anniversary of his wife's death. Twenty years later on one of these visits he discovers, among one of Conhita's letters, proof that she had been unfaithful to him and that Pamela, the girl he had raised from an infant to womanhood, was not his child. The shock drives him out of his mind, and he drives Pamela from his home, refusing to ever see her again. Dr. Talavanne, his best friend, informs him that Pamela is dying and only Rameau's skills as a physician can save her.
