Aso who has a passion for watching football at the stadium every time his favorite team competes, is put into a pesantren (Islamic boarding school) by his parents. The condition of the pesantren causes Aso to no longer be able to freely channel his hobby of watching it to the stadium. Aso then becomes friends with Dul, Yos, and Sultan, who came from different regions. pesantren then make their friendship exceed the closeness with their own siblings. They then establish friendships as "biological friends"

Sometimes things turn out very differently than you think. The 62-year-old self-made entrepreneur Anton would like to move to the countryside and enjoy life with his wife Johanna. Benno Gütermann and his best friend/neighbor Axel Watzke are simple, happy bus drivers in the otherwise isolated Harz small town Wernigerode, until they are fired when car dealer Dieter Brausewetter's company abolishes the unprofitable line. Brausewetter, who is in financial trouble but hides it, promises his creditors Benno's million by becoming his new best friend, introducing him to the good life and high society, although Tanja had him promise 'nothing would change', but even Axel ends up bitterly estranged. Benno is tempted to invest his fortune in a joint venture with Brausewetter, who promises the chance of a lifetime in a bankrupt count's classic-car collection, which is simply too good to be true.
