Bekir is a middle class immigrant from Turkey in the U.S. He dreams of making a blockbuster film that will take care of him materially. He faces various misadventures, diversions, and doubts, yet persists in continuing to learn, take action, and embrace life. Along the way, he finds his sense of accomplishment and connection through daily life activities, friends, family, and the environment. Bekir also subverts the filmmaker-subject relationship. Initially, he is excited about the possibilities of being the subject of a documentary, and he contributes to the filmmaking process with his directing and his own footage. But he begins to doubt the value of this relationship, which changes drastically by the end of the film.

The biography of Arnaldo Baptista, founder of Mutantes, has his narrative sewn by emotional testimonies by the artist. Packed with songs that marked the epoch, the film reveals the trajectory of one of the biggest names in Brazilian rock.

The film depicts the true life events in the life of Neha, a eunuch living in India. It outlines the inhuman conditions that eunuchs are forced to live in India. They are tortured and traded like cattle, devoid of any dignity or respect, in stark violation of the UN Charter. This community is a highly secretive one and very little is known about them. They fall outside the purview of all government and other programs aimed at human development. The film hopes to provide information about this much maligned community, with a view to further understanding about them among society and provide them with a platform to live life with dignity.

His strategy to get noticed by Hollywood is to make a war movie, period accurate, in three languages. So he embarks on a ten-year odyssey of guerrilla filmmaking, along the way confronting cultural ideas of success and how one should (and shouldn't) achieve it.
