Summary History Expedition {Hex} was an idea to record the history and working conditions of children and child labour in Karnataka, India. This effort covereda distance of 4040 kms in the three states of Karnataka, Goa and Tamil Nadu. About 25 000 pictures and 32 hours on film footage of over 5000 working children was made. A painful realization dawns that this society lives and thrives on the labour of children intensively and extensively! It will also defend its action. We can categorically say that there is no area of work, without the involvement of children in its production, marketing and distribution processes.
