Histoire immédiate

Summary Immediate History is a magazine broadcast in the first part of the evening on France 3 since September 7, 2011 on Monday in the first part of the evening as part of Mondays in Stories. The magazine is composed of a documentary followed by a debate1. This show is a direct sequel to Hors Série (same presenter, same box, same principle). Between 2011 and 2013, the show was presented on Wednesdays by Samuel Étienne who then hosted a debate (more rarely in 2012-2013). The show is then broadcast every other Wednesday alternating with Roots and Wings, Shadow of a Doubt or Le Grand Tour. Back in 2013, the show is now monthly, broadcast in the first part on Monday evening and is followed by a debate integrated into Grand Soir 3 and presented by Louis Laforge. Back in 2014, the show is now broadcast as part of Mondays in Stories, just like L'Ombre d'undoubt, Signé Mireille Dumas, Special Editions and Docs Société. At the start of the 2015 school year, debates are now presented by Carole Gaessler (also for the Special Issues for certain issues). Back to school 2016, since the beginning of September, the box has been used to broadcast films dealing with the history of the 20th century. View more details
