Summary It is the winter of 2011, half a year after the Great East Japan Earthquake. A magazine journalist named Ken and his friends (Fumio, Taku, and Sanpei) visit the evacuation area within a 20-km radius around the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant to conduct research.
