Yahya is a middle-aged man lives in a town trying to leave his past behind; wants to slowly start a new chapter in his life, but Nima (his only child) has suddenly left the house. His efforts to find Nima are unfruitful. Meanwhile, he gradually distanced himself from Marta (his lover) and sought refuge alone. the police inform him that an unidentified body has been found in the reed. Nima who left the house after being puzzled by the revealed secret, now is found where the bodies were kept, there once again Yahya faces his past. For Nima's peace, he has been hiding it, but young Nima, has finally learned this secret that his mom was a victim of the mass executions of Iran's 80s.

Vladimír Michálek's fourth feature based on a book by Jáchym Topol (who had a hand in writing the script). This film about a drug dealer named Mikes (Jan Cechticky), who lives in Prague and longs to escape his own clichéd life, excels for its raw atmosphere and expressive acting. The movie was shot digitally and then transferred to film, and this became its main artistic attribute.
