In a dystopian future, contestants compete in a cross-country road race in which killing is part of the game.

The water is tainted. The Taint poisons the minds of men. It turns them into raging misogynists: monsters who want nothing more than to crush women's heads with rocks (or other objects). When society is transformed into a land of sadistic violence and horrible brutality, it is up to Phil O'Ginny and his hot friend, Misandra, to combat the horrible evil that is The Taint. An American narcotics agent is murdered in Italy. The head of the department decides to hire Larry Stanziani, 'The Cobra'. Larry, a former agent and now a third-rate private detective, uses the opportunity to get even with an old enemy, but soon he finds out he's facing a relentless organization.

Not knowing who he can trust, he's forced to use a process of elimination thru the chain of operatives he encounters.

Quick is an assassin with a corrupt cop boyfriend. She's hired to bring a mob accountant back to the mob after he's taken $3,000,000 and turned himself in to LAPD as witness. It doesn't go as planned.
