In 1869 the town of Silver Creek was just like any other town in the wild west. It was full of all kinds of people trying to make a life for themselves and their families.. Things get interesting when a U.S. Marshal, his partner and a bounty hunter, all after the same man, must work together once they realize that he is longer human. Time is running short and the outlaw is making others like himself and soon his army will be unstoppable. Four against untold numbers makes surviving virtually impossible, or is it. Business is about to pick up when the Marshals Native American friend calls on her Tribe to help even the score against the blood thirsty horde that threatens to turn Silver Creek into more than just a ghost town. Its the ultimate story of good versus evil as the fighting begins and the bullets start flying and the bodies begin to pile up, but will they stay down? Will the tide turn for the better or will the west see its darkest days? In the spirit of the spaghetti westerns from the 60's and 70's Shoot 'Em Hang 'Em Burn 'Em will incorporate gritty characters and landscapes to bring forth a story that will leave the viewer wanting more. Komodo B12 es un film (en proceso de rodaje) de terror post-apocalíptico escrito y dirigido por JM Castillo, donde se narra la historia de tres hombres que, cansados de refugiarse de la plaga infecciosa en la que está sumido el mundo entero, deciden convertirse en héroes. A medida que avanzan en su cruzada personal, van descubriendo que su misión se les queda grande; no están preparados ni física ni emocionalmente. No todo es tan fácil como lo vemos en el cine. Lo que al principio se les presentaba como un sueño heroico, se trunca a la peor de las pesadillas jamás imaginadas. KB12 ahonda en el comportamiento humano y muestra crudamente cómo las personas pueden llegar a comportarse ante una gran catástrofe. Las hordas andan sueltas. Sobran infectados y faltan héroes. Rodada entre Madrid y Andalucia, KB12 no sólo aborda el terror más visceral, sino que rinde tributo a otros géneros de forma subliminal, adornando con guiños sútiles el metraje. Sin ningún tipo de ayuda económica o subvención alguna, y a través de la autofinanciación, JM Castillo ha conseguido rodar la mitad del material, pero para este segundo tramo (el más difícil y costoso) recurre al famoso crowdfunding. Como gratitud a las decenas de personas que han colaborado hasta ahora de forma altruista en su proyecto, decide donar el 100% de lo que recaude KB12 a obras benéficas. "Es la mejor forma posible, y humana, de devolver el favor a las personas que han colaborado en este sueño" Apunta el director.
