The central quarters around Klara church in Stockholm now look completely different. Klara was the newspaper district for just over a century, from Centralen's opening in 1871 to Aftonbladet's move in 1989. During this time, more literate people were housed here than anywhere else in the country. Bohemian life thrived, it was in Klara that Stockholm's bohemians lived and worked. The evening's guest, literary scholar Jenny Westerström, has written the book "Klara var not Paris - bohemian life under two centuries" where you get to know what happened during Arendorff's, Ferlin's and Birger Vikström's time of life.
