A tropical cyclone develops again in the mid-Atlantic, placing the Caribbean and Eastern Seaboard on high alert. Becoming a category 5 Hurricane it is named Dorian. It is being called the storm of the century, and most of the Seaboard areas prepare for its arrival.

Cold Ocean Killer
New Bedford is one of the richest fishing harbours on North America's east coast, but the surrounding waters are some of the most dangerous. Warm air currents from the Gulf Stream collide with cold winter air currents from the North, and create North Easters, which are cold water cousins of the Hurricanes which are experienced in lower latitudes.

Finding hope again through outreach programs, their inner selves, and through others, these people were able to rebuild their lives through the aspiring hearts of charity.
