Soya's satirist take on variations of Danes, who willingly or unwillingly came to deal with German troops during the five year Second World War occupation.

World War II: The Italian secret agent Riccardo Cloro is sent undercover as a Swiss businessman to Graz by train, in which he gets to know Rada, a Czech Jew. He is then informed about his mission: He is to kill Tsaimitis, head of the resistance movement in Budapest. But there is also Müller of the Gestapo on the same mission. Coming back to the hotel, he meets Müller and has to let him search his apartment and interrogate Rada brutally. Ever on, they are followed by him, who watches their every step. Cloro starts to doubt his ideals.

A U.S. military base is set up across the river and the prostitutes who service the soldiers set up a whore town nearby. At her wits end, Jeon-Rae seeks the advice of Yong Nyo and Soon-duk; two of the prostitutes. The Western cultural influence causes disorder to break out. The tension between the villagers and the whores reaches it's peak following the deaths of several village children. Will either side win the war between them? What will be left of the town? And will Jeon-Rae and Man-sik ever forgive being ostracized?
