The film revolves around a man wanna be a writer but he is very poor, so he he tried with a journalist to publish his books, she admired with his writing and fall in love, but she has a mad uncle think he is a professor who hates Shanabo.

Tawfiq is a rich man who falls in love with a young nurse called Amina but her heart falls for the young engineer Fwad who works in Tawfiq's company, when he knows about their love he tries he best to make them apart when he fails he try to kill Fwad by pushing one of his men to set the gas tank of Fwad's boat on fire which leads the boat to explode, Fwad survives the explosion and picked up by boatmen who work at sea but he loses his memory and starts working as a fisherman while that Amina is pregnant with his child. Tawfiq offers to marry Amina and she accept to avoid to scandal because her marriage to Fwad wasn't legal, Tawfiq does his best to corrupt the child in every way, Amina tried her best to save her kid but without any use then she discover that Fwad is Still alive but he lost his memory, Tawfiq dies when he was trying to kill the young son and Amina goes back to her old love.

An archival fiction feature about the eternal battle of the sexes, in which two star-crossed lovers trapped in a kingdom of shadows fight to keep their love alive as they gradually fall in hate.
