45 years have passed, Takeshi Hongo returns to Japan once more to protect a girl from Shocker's plans to resurrect Ambassador Hell. Takeru Tenkuji and Makoto Fukami join him to fight a new evil organization who claiming to be Nova Shocker.

In his numerous incarnations, Pedro Penduko is an ordinary human being with no superpowers. He is, however, resourceful and quick-witted in battling evil forces. He is aided by a magical amulet.

The Gokaigers were captured by the Zangyack remnants after departing to the Zangyack home world to destroy the empire once and for all.
