Summary FLASHBACK is a dramatization based on a true story. The characters of Patty McIntyre and her mother are based on actual persons. Patty is a high school student, raised solely by her mother, but gets entrapped into a drug habit that alienates her from her mother and her school life. Finally, her mother gives Patty a choice: Rehab or out of the house. Reluctantly, Patty enters rehab, only to escape and be with her friends.
