Fish Without a Bicycle

The series is about a fictional sub-division of the Moscow Police, called "Pyatnitskiy".

Tinay is an orphaned young woman who has a special condition. Despite the challenges around her condition, Tinay finds love and care through her grandparents Annie and Berto, stepbrothers Peter and Bruce, and close childhood friend Archie. Because of her limited understanding of sex, Tinay confuses it with physical exercise, and in one of her play sessions with Archie they actually have premarital sex. Once her grandparents find out what happened, they demand that Archie marry Tinay or face rape charges. Not emotionally ready to start married life with Tinay, Archie flees the country and migrates to the U.S. with his parents' help. Shortly after, Tinay's family discovers that she is pregnant by Archie.

Phil "Frisco" Druyts is a hardworking businessman who is very popular with his employees, but not so much with his own family. His sudden kidnapping causes a public uproar.

Captain Emelin, nicknamed Emelya, captains Vasin and Dolbunov are investigating the most complicated crimes, and forensic expert Masha Likhacheva helps them with this. Emelya's reputation is so-so; the head of the department, Colonel Khitruk, does not like him for his independent character, but is forced to put up with him because Emelya has a good detection rate.

Follows the adventures of police inspector Bosko Simic, that has five kids and four wives. The life of his unusual family is full of comical situations, but family love helps him to always find the best way out of every situation.

A group of misfits employed at a rundown motel stumble upon a drug trafficking operation orchestrated by a powerful crime syndicate, thrusting them into a perilous situation.
