Shuvro Reza, joins a digital agency in Dhaka, as an intern. With a heart full of hope, he believes that this internship will take him one step closer to the 'finish line' that has been leading up from his school, college, and university. Little does he know this is merely the beginning and that he has to overcome a tonne of obstacles to become a permanent member of this crazy madhouse that is AgenZ. On his very first day he gets introduced to a myriad of colorful characters. He is shown the basic ropes of the office and is selected by Shafayat, one of the core account directors, to be a part of his team, which also includes Zerin, Arpan, Saif & Nafis. Gradually, Shuvro learns to navigate his new workplace but not without struggling to find a balance with his personal life. His girlfriend, Raisa, grows increasingly distant with him due to his work pressure. However, Shuvro keeps prioritising his job, as that is what he has been conditioned to do all his life. Throughout this journey, Shuvro gets acquainted with clients who support tacky ideas instead of creative ones, actors who are complete divas on sets and other worldly characters that give a new dimension to his life. Shuvro grows to be more responsible and is eventually asked to supervise the post-production of a campaign for a health-drink called Chokolicky. Chaos ensues during this process as Shuvro loses the hard drive containing the files. Shuvro faces the risk of losing his job and Raisa gives him an ultimatum as well.
