Empty Boxcars tells the amazing story of the survival of over 50000 Jews in World War II and the mass murder of 11393 Jews from territories under Bulgarian control in Greece and Macedonia. The plot to murder all European Jews was marked 'top secret' but was brazenly public. Footage of the trains renders the crime visible. When the plot is exposed, Bulgarians from many walks of life, church leaders and labor leaders, lawyers and doctors, rose up in protest. Would we risk our lives to save someone in deep trouble? These courageous Bulgarians encourages us to think we must, and so we can.

Trailblazer is the story of Bahamian basketball legend Mychal Thompson, who started playing basketball at the late age of 16 in his native Bahamas some 50 years ago. After a chance meeting with a coach from Miami Jackson High School, Thompson received a scholarship and the rest is history. Thompson led his high school team to an undefeated national championship and then four years later after an outstanding career at the University of Minnesota, he became the first foreign born number one draft pick in NBA history. Thompson played with the Portland Trailblazers for eight years before he went on to win two NBA championships with the Los Angeles Lakers. He is presently a color analyst for the Los Angeles and a talk show host.

OSA: Sisters in Science is the story of young women from a South Side Chicago high school, empowered through education in the emerging science of Onco-fertility. The documentary follows these students and their families as they explore opportunities in the fields of science and medicine. They intrepidly take on challenging experiments and difficult questions in a professional research laboratory. Sparked by scientific curiosity and inspired by the doctors and researchers with whom they work, these young women emerge with confidence as future leaders in science and medicine and beyond.

An undocumented immigrant living in the United States for the last decade is under deportation proceedings from the federal government. A Tucson-area church, Southside Presbyterian, that has history with providing sanctuary for illegal immigrants opens their doors for the man and his family. The family says they will stay on the church property until the federal government reverses its decision to deport him.

A biography on Egypt's first, and still to this day, only skateboard shop. Two brothers started the shop which resulted in a never before scene skateboard scene in their country. The project couldn't have been more timely, as these skateboarders created a wonderful parallel alongside their country's growing push from the majority of Egypt's youth for an independent lifestyle. This documentary was filmed during the massive protests during the fall of 2012. The documentary tells the story of this shop and the resulting scene through interviews from the CEOs, their skateboard team (including 1 female), a professional skateboarder, an Arabic movie star, and independent Egyptian filmmaker and a few others.
