The young man Hibiki, who identified as a patient of severe "internet addiction", is forcibly enrolled by his parent in Elite Reeducation Academy. After suffering terrible treatment from the instructors there, Hibiki heading to the roof and trying to suicide. But a mysterious stranger stops him and offers him a proposition.

Shin and Hibiki witness discipline officer Wudo insulting a female student named Jun over a cell phone, which is a contraband item in the school. When Shiori intervenes, Hibiki attempts to help her but gets beaten back for his troubles. Later, Jun and Shiori both vie for the cell phone, but Shin will only hand it over to the one who agrees to his proposal.

Hibiki refuses to serve for Shin, and then he heads to his dorm room. He receives a warm welcome there from his roommates. But when they realize Hibiki had nothing to do with Shin, their attitudes change immediately. After the class began, the course was all twisted physical training and continuous corporal punishment.
