Evil in the Time of Heroes

A prequel to the 2005 British television movie A Perfect Day, tells the story of a group of university friends who get together in a remote Welsh cottage to celebrate the new Millennium.

When Aleksey, a distinguished Berlin-based Russian history professor, learns his former longtime girlfriend is set to be married in just a few days, he impulsively rushes off to their native St. Petersburg to win her back.

Three siblings gather to celebrate the birthday of their father, on the island of Ré. This is Adele, the elder of the two sisters, who had the idea to organize this surprise. Alice and Antoine adhere immediately. Arnaud, the eldest, is sidelined because of his bad temper. But then they make their way to the family home, an incident occurs. A black cat crossing the road when the father arrived by motorcycle. It is the accident.

Anand (Chunky Pandey) is a small-time con artist. He has fallen in love with a rich and wealthy girl, Shikha Oberoi. Shikha also has fallen in love with Anand, but her parents want her to marry Amit Mehra (Inder Kumar). But Sanam does not appreciate him. The family's elders ask the youngsters to go for military training with a very strict and intimidating trainer, Kadak K. Pillay (Johnny Lever), with hopes that this will straighten them.

During Fascism and after WWII, a school porter sacrifices himself so his son, who is slightly ashamed of a lowly background, can become a respected professor.The film also takes a few jabs at Italy's rapid governmental reshuffles.

Taxi driver and unsuccessful actor Seva Gorelov accidentally meets his first love Masha Sokolova, once a young and carefree girl, and now a thirty-year-old spoiled kept woman. Seva works part-time in a taxi, and Masha accidentally becomes his client. To go far, to Sochi, to their homeland with Seva teenage love. Masha has a wedding there in a few days, but not with Seva, of course, but with a rich patron. From the very beginning it becomes clear that this journey will not end with anything good. 1600 kilometers of adventure, well flavored with humor, ambition, tears, resentment, flirting, passion and a great feeling, which again is out of place.
