Winnie decides she needs some extra money, so she applies for a job through the local employment agency. She discovers that the babysitting job she's hired to do isn't as easy as she first thought.
A pair of spies steal Winnie's magic broom, replacing it with an ordinary kitchen variety, not realizing that to make it fly they need to know the magic word.
Winnie travels to an all-male Wild West town. When she routs a gang of outlaws, the locals express their love and admiration for her, which is a bit too much for the shy witch. She creates a stagecoach full of lovely ladies to marry the men in town.
Winnie is approached by Pentagon spies to put a stop to Dr. Zero's espionage activities, but she is surprised when her magic has no effect upon him. She decides to try a different tack.
The Big Bad Wolf is at it again, this time chasing the Three Little Pigs. When he is thwarted again by Winnie's magic, the wolf decides to learn some magic of his own.
While babysitting twin brothers, Winnie falls asleep. The boys grab her magic wand and turn their home into a castle and themselves into gorillas. They then forget the magic words that will enable them to return everything back to normal.
