May of 1967: The men of the US Army's 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division are on a search and destroy mission in the jungles of Vietnam's Central Highlands when they run headlong into a massive force of North Vietnamese soldiers on the Cambodian border. In a savage battle known as the "Nine Days in May", outnumbered American troops fight a series of intense close-quarters firefights against well-armed Communists. When the smoke clears, hundreds of enemy soldiers are dead and three men are awarded the Medal of Honor and their unit has earned the coveted Presidential Unit Citation.

Tet Offensive Rescue
January of 1968: As South Vietnam reels from the shock of the Tet Offensive, Army Green Berets, Navy SEALs and CIA operatives are ordered to rescue dozens of helpless American civilians and other foreign aid workers who are trapped in the border town of Chau Doc. Armed with only what they can fit into a pair of jeeps, the special operators charge into Viet Cong-held territory, shooting it out block by block, room by room. Outnumbered by hundreds of enemy fighters, the Special Ops team defies incredible odds by rescuing all of the civilians while repelling the Communist invasion force.

Fallujah

November 7th, 2004. The U.S. Military unleashes Operation Phantom Fury. The mission: clear out the insurgents that had taken control of Fallujah, Iraq. In the days leading up to he operation, most of the civilians were evacuated, leaving hard-core insurgents to face the American soldiers and Marines. The intense, house to house combat lasts for weeks. In the end, the enemy fighters prove to be no match for the U.S. Military's overwhelming skill and firepower.
