Project Ghazi is a superhero movie that evolves around a thread to the project soldiers. It's a story of an advanced soldier project and it spans over a period of 20 years.

Houtaro Ichinose and his friends continue their search for the Chemies, and Ace Ukiyo and his friends confront the Jyamato, who have appeared again, when suddenly the "Strongest Level 10 Chemy", X Wizard appears. Its mysterious magical powers have transformed Keiwa Sakurai and the others into the form of Chemies. In addition, as many as five "Strongest Level 10 Chemies" and the Geats Chemy, which looks just like Kamen Rider Geats, will appear at the same time. Perplexed by the series of unusual situations, Houtaro and his friends, Ace, and Keiwa, who has been turned into a Chemy, form teams to take on the "Strongest Chemy Capture Game". What is the terrifying purpose hidden in this game? What is the mystery behind Geats Chemy's appearance? Will Kamen Rider Gotchard and Kamen Rider Geats be able to clear the hurdles that await them...?

Set after the series, the DenLiner gang learn that Ryotaro has been possessed by an evil Imagin who intent to destroying the timeline and resurrect the dead. The only hope is the new Den-O, Ryotaro's grandson from the future.

Sam (Catman) and Gus are back to work in this movie. With Cheever dead, his old gang needs a new leader, so by having some random people beat each other up, they discover this big tall guy who only wears fatigues and seems to be strong so they make him the leader. Later on, some CIA agent finds out that some woman affiliated with the Cheever gang has a nuclear starter or something and will only give it up for a lot of money. Sam and Gus then go on a mission to get it back and save the world. Like the first in the "Catman" series, this movie also includes various scenes of Asian people beating each other up for no real reason. In this movie, the Asian guys actually speak of Cheever at one point (providing a minor link between the two plots), but that's really about it.

A Gangler remnant, Ganima, captures Tyramigo and the other Kishiryu inside his safe. To save them, the Ryusoulgers chase after Ganima and come into contact with the Patrangers and Lupinrangers.
