The boys discover a dangerous mushroom infection and act to contain the damage. Meanwhile the fusion reactor and particle accelerator chamber are taking shape.
With enough antimatter, the boys divert power from the fusion reactor to the roof and put their trust in Duncan's anti-missile system to protect them from the oncoming storm.
