A boy's discovery of a wither skull leads him to the castle of a tired and aging legend of the days of old, who reluctantly agrees. Their journey leads them into a dark and dingy cave, where they find more than they bargained for.
The unlikely friendship of the trio sparks and they continue their journey on land and water.
