Gang on crime spree attacks a young couple. The woman, a Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy, and the man, a loan officer in a bank. The double homicide is investigated by the NCIS and Prince George's County, Maryland, police.
A young woman is found dead on the river bank of the Kings River in the Central San Joaquin Valley of California, just miles from NAS Lemoore. This follows the investigation of the case, with a cameo by the current Chief Deputy Coroner, who was a teen in the area when the crime occurred. The officers collecting the "dead body" in the body bag (played by Jessica Edmonds), are all Kings County Sheriffs Deputy's and Jessica had been an Explorer since she was 13.
