Pepper Davis & Tony Reese, Pat Kirby, Frank Gari, Belle Montrose
In a comedy routine titled 'How it affects us', Steve reports on a new feature of air travel--showing movies to the passengers. Songstress Pat Kirby sings a number from 'Porgy and Bess', and the comedy team of Pepper Davis and Tony Reese perform one of their routines. In a 'Names in the News' segment, Dayton Allen gives the inside word on the economic scene. Steve's mother, Belle Montrose, making her first appearance as a regular, plays Zuchine the Human Cannonball. Vocalist Frank Gari sings "Got a Lot of Living To Do", and the Davis-Reese team join Steve and guest comedienne Caroline Richter in a sketch.
