Andrea Wesche, now 27, said she and her brothers would spend the night at McLean's house, and that's when she said he began molesting her. "This started probably around 8, it went on for about - I would say till I was about 13," Wesche said. "I didn't really know what to do. So I just didn't say anything."

A neighbor found 70-year-old Frederick Cecil McLean on Nov. 6 when he went to check on him. Authorities said the body was in a state of decomposition. An autopsy on Nov. 15 identified McLean through fingerprints. Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis said in a news release that McLean likely died in late July. Frederick McLean had lived in the Oakway community near Seneca, South Carolina, for 15 years and was going by the name James Fitzgerald, according to officials.
