When an undercover operation goes wrong, I.A. suspects a leak, and targets a female cop with family connections to a street gang. Frank, however, doesn't believe she's guilty, and backs her when no one else will. At the same time, Billy's spiraling drug addiction goes unnoticed. Eventually, Frank turns I.A.'s investigation back on itself, and realizes the leak may be much higher placed in the department than anyone suspects.
