The shop owners on a particular block are being terrorized by an unknown assailant. Zach must figure out the identity of the assailant and what his motivation is.
When Zach is assigned to track down cult leader Jesse Caldwell, he is less than enthused since he'd rather be going after REAL criminals. Zach changes his tune however when his beautiful new friend is offed by Jesse.
Zach stuns a couple of hoods in the street. Immediately after he leaves an unknown man shoots the two hoods dead where they lay. However, the sister of one of the hoods was witness to everything that happened. Now, someone wants her dead.
A powerful new weapon is stolen and used to break Zach's suit. F.X. recognizes the perp as his former homey so F.X. returns to the old hood to confront the perp.
Satori, the arch-villain from the pilot film, is back and this time he's assembling a gravity bomb -- a doomsday weapon which would seed a black hole. And Satori's not the only returning character.
Frank steals Zach's suit. Fortunately, F.X. still has one of the old ones in storage. Though not as powerful as the current suit, Zach hopes his experience using the suit will help even things out when he confronts Frank.
Zach has known the local water park owner since he was a little boy. Now, the owner is being squeezed for tribute by the local mob boss and his monster-truck driving lieutenant. No worries -- it's Super Force to the rescue.
Bud Kingman offers to pay the bounty hunter the bounty not to kill his son. The bounty hunter loves his work so he refuses. Only Super Force can stop the bounty hunter.
The evil Bennet Herd promises the bubble-headed bleach blonde who comes on the evening news that he can get her a hundred share rating. Of course, the bleach blonde only cares about ratings, but Herd's motivations are much more sinister.
While investigating some kidnappings, Zach runs across his ex -- and is horrified to see that she is now an "exotic dancer". He further learns that she has come under the spell of a cult leader.
Zach, F.X., and E.B. tie the kidnappings and bank robberies to Crystal's cult leader. Now, Super Force must find the cult's island if he is to save Crystal.
When F.X. makes some modifications to the suit, it doesn't go well. Zach goes into a coma. While in the coma, Zach has flashbacks to many of the events in season 1. And that's what this episode is -- a flashback episode.
