The Lopane family tries to keep the Abate family at bay using no light means, bomb explosions, intimidation and liquidations, nothing is too much. The Abate family is out for revenge, the mafia war has begun.
Trapani joins forces with the Lopane family who are seeking revenge for the bombing of their summer house which killed Salvo leaving Rosy pregnant without a husband.
Mickey's body is found floating in the river, but amazingly he turns out to still be alive. Rosy is out to avenge Salvo's death, but when Michele is shot down, Rosy turns out no to be the shooter.
The anti-mafia squad is hot on the tails of Trapani and Rosy, who gets wounded and left behind by Trapani. Suspicion is raised on the loyalties of the entire anti-mafia squad.
Claudia finally discovers the mole inside her team. She decides to tell the team, but not take action against the mole hoping to use him to entrap mob-boss Giacomo Trapani.
