Greta Georges is tasked with buying a cow, and - after having it vaccinated and artificially inseminated - delivering it to an impoverished family, living in Hung Yen Province, south east of the Vietnamese capital - Hanoi - in the north of the country. This short programme documents her journey - from searching for a suitable cow, to meeting the family to which she delivers the animal. It describes the whys and wherefores of the purchase, and - ultimately - the value it is expected to bring to the family.
